Privacy notice

We collect only what the official DV entry form asks for: names, dates and places of birth, address, contact details, education, marital status, family members, passport details and photos.

We use this information only to prepare and submit your DV entry on the official website dvprogram.state.gov and to send you your confirmation.

All photos and documents are kept in private storage. Only you and our authorized agents can see them, through links that stop working after a few minutes. Every agent action on your file is recorded.

We never sell or share your data. We never ask you to pay by email on behalf of the U.S. government.

Deleting your data: sign in, open “My status” and choose “Request deletion of my data”. We will delete your application, photos and documents. Keep your confirmation number before deleting — we cannot recover it afterwards.
